Sometime in the spring of 2005, I stumbled upon a 'beta' version of the song 'Burrito' by Steve Turblenco, posted on KVR Audio.

It was catchy, quirky and memorable. I loved it.

When I was asked to report back to my Audio Mix Techniques class with 'three songs to work on', I immediately sent Steve a private message, hoping that he'd allow me to do a remix of the track.

He kindly obliged and what you have before you is my remix of his most excellent ode-to-the-flour-tortilla-dish-from-the-Gods.
